INTRO TO PREMIER PRO - LECTURE

Having used Premier Pro previously, I had some existing knowledge on the software, however this lecture helped to enhance these skills. During this lecture we went over the basics of Premier Pro. 

We were recommended that the resolution should ideally be 25 frames per second. 
Shown how to import footage into the project, as well as easily cutting down clips to the desired length. Some effects for clips were also shown to us, such as transparency, blending and how to enhance colours to make certain ones pop more than others. And particularly exporting the footage at the end of the editing process.

As well as these basic editing techniques shown specifically for video, we were also shown how to make GIFS.
- Choose clip and duplicate so the clip plays twice, the second clip is then reversed, speed is also reversed and the whole thing is then looped.

And again, we were shown how to export.

This lecture was extremely helpful and I am now able to go into the editing process of the Northern Soul film with more knowledge.
